One option for a no-cheese, no-sauce pizza is simply to top the thing with garlic powder and some salt and pepper, suspended in a little bit of oil. Works best with a nice, soft homemade dough, but enough garlic and salt will make anything taste good
. If you like, a little crushed oregano or _very_ little crushed basil can be a nice touch.
Plain onion pizzas are also excellent. As are pizzas with potatoes, though those benefit from a bit of hard cheese grated over them.
